Shipping & Returns
FREE shipping on orders over $500 (excluding TAS/WA/NT and remote areas).
Please contact orders@kindregards.store if you are looking to order/ship to Tasmania/WA/NT or remote areas.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Before placing your order, you can view your shipping cost through your cart page. Kindly note that shipping rates are calculated on gross weight, size, and delivery location.
Orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days. In the event of a further delay, we will contact you via email. Please choose your items carefully as once your order is placed, it is difficult to amend. Orders are sent via either Australia Post or via Courier. The courier service is not available to PO Boxes.
Once your order has been collected by the courier, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Unfortunately, we are not able to amend or update delivery details once your order has been dispatched.
Large orders shipped via pallet are delivered by Mainfreight.
Packaging
All our products are shipped in recyclable boxes. We also use packaging tape which is Landfill-Biodegradable meaning it can be recycled with other soft plastics or disposed of in the general rubbish bin. Once disposed to landfill it will biodegrade up to 90% faster than conventional tape, producing an organic matter (a natural fertiliser) and no microplastics.
Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Kind Regards. For change of mind, you may return an item in its original condition up to 14 days after receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post. Only the cost of the item will be refunded and not the original shipping cost (if any).
For returns please:
- Email orders@kindregards.store within 14 days or receiving your order, providing reasons for your refund/credit request or exchange requirements
- Ensure all items are in original condition/packaging
- Enclose the original receipts and returns number, as advised by Kind Regards following receipt of your ‘returns email’
- Return items via Australia Post with tracking to Kind Regards C/O Challenge Packaging Services Pty Ltd. Unit 3, 8 Weddel Court, Laverton North, VIC, 3026.
Refunds may take up to seven days after the order is received to Kind Regards. We will send you an email to advise that the refund has been processed.
Faulty Items
We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery and pride ourselves on the excellent quality of our stock. However, in the unlikely case your item is faulty, please send us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery and we will respond. Once the fault is verified with our team, we will replace the item for you, or if in the case that this is not possible, you may choose another item. If there is no suitable replacement item, we can offer you a refund.
